Shipston Home Nursing

We have received news of the fundraising events already organised for this admirable local charity.  Please support them if you can.

Further events will be organised during the year, and will be advertised as and when details become available.

Saturday 29th April – 7.30 p.m.

Charity Concert at St. Edmund's Church, Shipston, organised by Shipston Rotary Club.  Tickets at £7 from Roger Watts, 01926 641037, or on the door.

Sunday 14th May – 9.00 a.m.

10 mile country walk followed by barbecue etc, starting from Ettington Community Centre.  More details from Gilda Gardner on 01789 740083.

Tuesday 16th May – 10.30

Champagne & Shopping at Burmington Grange, by kind invitation of Mr. & Mrs. Patrick Ramsey.  Entrance £5 includes champagne.  Lunch available 12:00-2.30 p.m.

Saturday 20th May – 10.00

Plant Sale at the Townsend Hall, Shipston from 10 to 12.  Offers of help or plants to Sonia Baker, 01608 661459 or Rebecca Mawle, 01608 674929.

Sunday 10th September

Tennis Tournament by kind invitation of Mrs. Christine Archer, Upper St. Dennis Farm.  Further details from Christine on 01608 661930.

Friday 11th & Saturday 12th November

Designer clothes sale at Darlingscote Farm, Darlingscote, by kind invitation of John & Maggie Sargent.  Friday 12:00-9:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00-2:00 p.m.

Thursday 16th November – 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Gift Fair at Ettington Community Centre.  Entry £2.50 include coffee and biscuits.  Lunch will be available.
