Life Well Link A new exciting initiative has opened in the Stratford Healthcare Building, Arden Street, Stratford-upon-Avon recently. Life Well Link is an information and support centre for any adult who has been diagnosed and is living with any potentially life threatening and life limiting illness. Life Well Link will provide access to high quality information on a wide range of conditions, treatments and procedures, along with emotional support for the patient, the carer, family members, friends and employers. The centre is staffed by experienced nurses and specially trained volunteers who provide the 'pop-in' service free of charge. The centre is open Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - no appointment or referral is needed.
