Footpaths and Dog Walking Warwickshire County Council have advised us that it is not in our best interests to allow walkers to continue using the field behind "Brook House", Kineton Road, where it is not marked footpath, as an unofficial right of way. Their reasoning is that The Ramblers Association have taken legal action forcing landowners to grant access on new footpaths where there is a history of regular unofficial use. We do not wish to stop the dog-walkers of the village using the field, but it must be done with our permission. Please call Paul Heritage on 07980 823381 or 01295 688058 to do so. Heritage Farms |
