Village Hall

Our AGM was held on Thursday, April 22nd and despite the offer of free Cheese and Wine, we only had a modest attendance. However, the good news is that whilst we had a few expected retirements, we also gained 3 new committee members.

The committee would like to most sincerely thank all of the committee members who retired, for their efforts and successes over the past few years and special mention must be made of Judy and Brian Badger. Judy has been Secretary and has worked hard to ensure that we have received a number of Grants to assist in the upkeep of the Hall. Brian, as Chairman, has lead a successful team in achieving a good income and overseen many enjoyable events. Thanks also go to Cecelia Miller (for her sterling work on the Burns Night) and Ian Broderick.
