Deanery News

The Bishop of Coventry, the Right Revd. Dr. Christopher Cocksworth will be visiting the Deanery, and has invited everybody to join him at an Open Evening on Tuesday, March 8th, at Ettington Village Hall, at 7.15 for 7.30 p.m.  Drinks and  nibbles will be provided.  He will be talking about ‘What on earth is the Church for?....The Really Big  Society', a subject which is dear to his heart.  Do come and meet him; there is plenty of room.

As ever, we welcome everyone to join us at one of our Deanery Lent Services held at Churches across the Deanery.  This year we shall be following Paula Gooder’s book ‘A Way through the Wilderness; Experiencing God’s Help in Times of Crisis’ - a course which explores the help that God provides to his people in the remarkable  chapter of Isaiah 40.  You may wish to follow the course in small groups.  All services are on Tuesdays at 7.30 p.m.:
