Charity Vertical Run On the 30th October this year, I will be taking part in Vietnam's first vertical race - the Bitexco Vertical Run. We will be running up Vietnam's tallest building, the Bitexco Financial Tower, ascending 1002 steps to a height of 178 metres. Athletes from across the world will be competing in the race as part of a 2011 Vertical World Circuit which has included the Empire State Building and the Taipei 101 skyscrapers. In doing so I will be raising money for Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and any donations will be very much appreciated.
