Fond Farewell to Lillian! Lillian Welsby is leaving Oxhill! An active resident for about 60 years, Lillian has contributed an enormous amount to the village - particularly in her highly effective fund-raising activities such as the Scarecrow Weekend and many others. For years she has been responsible for the Church's fabulous flower arrangements - I am personnally grateful for the beautiful flowers she did for my wedding. We wish her the best of luck in her new home in Brailes! |
