Village Hall Pictures

We are refurbishing the entrance hall of the Village Hall and as part of this scheme would like to include some pictures of the hall and events from the past. Our plan is to scan the photos into a computer and then have them printed as a montage on to a large piece of vinyl.

Therefore, it would be great if you have pictures (colour or black and white) of events from the past that you would be willing to have scanned and the originals will be returned to you undamaged, as part of this project.

We would like to complete the exercise before the Queen’s Jubilee on 3 & 4 June and whilst that seems a long way away, it isn’t really a project of this nature. Consequently, we would like to receive your photos (or copies) before the end of March to ensure we hit our target dates.

Please deliver your photos in a self-addressed envelope, to Stuart Whittaker at The Stables, Rouse Lane, Oxhill, you can put them through the letterbox if no- one is home and once they have been scanned (please allow 4 weeks for this process) they will be returned to you. We will take very good care of your photos.
