DJ - Expenses

Remember that this event was a ‘not for profit venture’ and as such if you incurred expenses in producing food items for Sunday or Monday those expenses can be reimbursed by providing Ruth Mercer with details and receipts. Please submit all claims by Friday 13^th July as the accounts will be closed after this date. At the time of writing I am expecting that there will be a small surplus which will be distributed within the village.

Hopefully it will be possible to hold a final committee meeting in August to report on the accounts and close down the project. The date will be announced in the August edition of the news.

This site is maintained by villagers of Oxhill for the benefit of the community and those interested in the history, news and activities that make the village such a pleasant place to live.
