Cover Picture Rachel Costa, much loved Oxhill resident, sadly passed away on 1st August 2012. In October 2005, the Oxhill News reported that Rachel Costa, aged 73, was the star performer at a sponsored bike ride raising over 40% of the total donations through her own pedal power. |
