Christmas Services

Once again these were well supported.

First of all thank you to the helpers who assisted with getting the tree (no mean task) and to those who helped decorate it and then to those who put out all the candles and then cleared away for the flower ladies to do their work with Christmas arrangements.

The Crib and Christingle Service was well attended and it was great to see the children there receiving their Christinegle Oranges (made by Linda Synge - thanks Linda).

There was a wonderful attendance for the Candlelit Carol service. Thanks to Gaynor Van Dijk, the choir was gathered and sang beautifully conducted by Ruth Gibson. Everyone enthusiastically sang carols and the Lessons were read clearly. Mulled wine and mince pies finished off the evening. So a very big thank you to all who took part and who helped with every aspect of this lovely Christmas Festival.
