Vicarage Notes Summer Days I was remembering “going to the flicks” and being entranced by Cliff Richard and all the music of “Summer Holiday” – the thought makes me worryingly dated! To everyone on holiday or receiving
guests, may I wish safe travelling and happy times. If visiting churches
elsewhere, please take greetings from St.Lawrence’s, and do bring I was speaking with some visitors to St.Lawrence’s a few weeks ago – they were appreciating the sunlight shining through the plain glass windows. We probably have the lack of money in the late 19th century to thank for the beauty we enjoy today! Best wishes and God bless,
