Bread Group

Joy Clarke was delighted with the many new breadmakers at the Bread Group on 11th November. There were some excellent results with the loaves. We shall be making foccacia at the meeting on 25th November (7.00 pm at the Old Chapel). Joy will bring a sponge so we only have one proving to do which will make the process very much shorter. We are hoping to make Christmas breads at our meeting on 9th December.

Joy will send emails to everyone to give details of what to bring. If anyone else wants to join us please let me know in advance so that we bring enough ingredients. There will then be a break over the busy Christmas period until mid January. Joy will email everyone with the New Year dates.
