Dogs Business

I saw this (cartoon removed for reasons of copyright) and thought of the recent articles in the newsletter. We do see dog mess on the lawns up Whatcote Road as well. We manage to pick up after our three big dogs so don't understand why others can't do the same. (Unfortunately we don't have the same control over what the cats do - sorry neighbours!).
