Parish Council Elections At the Parish Council’s next meeting on 10 May we will have the election of officers. Unfortunately one of Councillors is standing down, which will leave a vacancy. We have had a challenging year or two, and with the honourable exception of Stuart Whittaker and our clerk, Lis Stuart, we are an aged committee. Fortunately we have a lot of younger people who have moved into the village and we need some young blood on the Parish Council to take over. This is our village and our future. No doubt we will have lots more challenges to face, but if you would like to feel you are contributing to the village and perhaps having a say in its future, please contact myself or Lis:
