Aerobics We are holding an aerobics group in the Village Hall on Mondays from 10.00 to 11.00 am. This will be based on the Rosemary Conley’s fitness workout which caters for all ages and levels of fitness. The session is in two parts – 35 mins aerobics work out followed by 20 mins body conditioning!!! If you only want a part of the session, that’s fine. If you want to bring along your baby – that’s fine too. Cost to cover village hall hire will be £1 to £2 depending on numbers.
