Kineton Surgery

Dear Readers we are looking at setting up a hub collection point service for our patients who have difficulty in accessing the surgery to obtain their medications.

Our PPG are working with us in this endeavour and we would welcome any volunteers or ideas to make this a reality. Any volunteer who works with us would require a DBS check which the surgery would arrange and we would also require you to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Any patient who would like to sign up for the Hub when it is operational will be counselled on how we are running the service and they can then make an informed decision as to whether they would like to access this service. We are governed by Data Protection and Information Governance and patient information protection is paramount.

We would like to see Hubs in Lighthorne Childrens Centre, Brailes, Gaydon Village these are ideas as a starting point but if any other patient has an idea to aide or improve this service then please contact Lesley Source on 01926 642629.
