Kineton & Tysoe Surgery

We would like to announce that we have a new GP Joining our Practice in August 2016.  Dr Amit Chauhan trained at Imperial College London and has worked at Westside Surgery in Rugby.  Dr Chauhan will be replacing Dr Daniel Maggs who has completed his contract with us but will join the practice as a locum over the summer. We would like to thank Dan for all of his hard work over the past year and he will be missed by patients and staff alike.   Dr Carly Williams will be going on Maternity leave in August and will return in March 2017.  To ensure patient continuity of care our own GP Dr Katy Spencer Hammon will be covering her sessions.

FLU

We will be having our flu vaccine deliveries starting in September.  The flu campaign will start in August and clinics will be advertised in the surgery and online so please if you are over 65 or any age in an ‘At Risk Group’ please book your appointment for a flu vaccine from August 22nd  for appointments from mid-September onwards.  We will of course be using our text messaging, Facebook and Twitter to also promote the campaign.

Travel

Please remember to allow at least 6 weeks before travelling to book your holiday vaccinations.  We are also a Yellow Fever Centre and can provide this service to both patients and non-patients.

As always we welcome feedback from our patients to ensure that we constantly look to improve our services to you.  We pride ourselves on being a patient centred family GP and you are our priority.

Jenny and Raj, GP Partners

Thank you for your continued support of local health care services.

Kind Regards, Lesley
