WI Report

Members who attended the Group meeting at Pillerton were entertained by Richard Westmacote in his role as pantomime dame.  He showed how to put on make-up and displayed and modelled dresses that he had made himself.  He said that his wife was no dressmaker, and had his audience in fits of laughter.

At our own meeting we were entertained by Oxhill, this being members night.  Rosemary Brown gave us a delightful insight into her childhood, and Lillian made our brains works with a tricky quiz, all rolled up in a story line.

We were reminded that our A.G.M. takes place at our November meeting together with a talk, very appropriately on ‘The Gunpowder Plot’.
