Harpischord at Armscote House I have been asked to host a performance in words and music about the famous harpsichordist Violet Gordon Woodhouse at Armscote on Friday 10th October. Violet lived in a rather well known Ménage a quatre at Armscote House and her life was written about in a book by Jessica Douglas-Home. This will be in aid of Shipston Home Nursing. World famous harpsichordist Maggie Cole will be performing and actors Harriet Walter and Guy Henry have been approached to perform with her again in this presentation.
