An Invitation to Sing.... 

If you love to sing, whether a member of a choir or not, there is a golden opportunity for you to take part in a Choral Workshop to be presented by Stour Singers – Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, directed by renowned conductor Adrian Partington.

The workshop will take place from 10.00.a.m. until 4.00.p.m.in the Townsend Hall in Shipston-on-Stour, on 1st June, and prior booking is essential. The workshop fee of £15 includes coffee, tea and biscuits during the day, and the fee is reduced to £5 for students. Scores can be hired on the day at a cost of £1, but workshop participants may also bring their own copies.

Adrian Partington is Director of Music at Gloucester Cathedral, Artistic Director of the Gloucester Three Choirs Festival and of the BBC National Chorus of Wales, as well as Conductor of Gloucester and Bristol Choral Societies. Anthony Gowing, Assistant Director of Music at Gloucester Cathedral, and Director of Music for Gloucester Cathedral Youth Choir will be accompanist for the day.
