Millionaire's House Party
Join in the party as special guests at Upton House & Gardens on 2& 3 August for our glamorous 1930s Millionaires House Party.
On
arrival you will be greeted with a range of vintage cars in the courtyard
and a welcome from the Butler at the House. Discover the treasures of the
house with our costumed guided tours and catch a demonstration of the
beading techniques used to create the dresses of the 1930s. Step out into
the garden to relax on the lawnwith a glass of Pimms or Champagne.
Your
ears and eyes will be greeted by the sounds of live music from Vintage
Cocktail, whilst learning the dance steps of the 1920s and 1930s with the
Warwick Courtiers.
Victoria Wright, Marketing and Events Officer commented, ‘We are excited to recreate the luxurious atmosphere of Bearsted’s House Party and the share the experience of Upton during this era with our visitors. Come along and be part of a very special weekend.’
