Tysoe Flower Show & Fete August 20th 2016 Schedules are available from the post office and other local outlets. Pick one up now and get creating. For the 2016 show we have several exciting new classes for the flower show tent. Along with the usual fruit, vegetable and flower classes many of the Floral Art classes have a theme of the Olympics. Our men only class this year is to make a Guinness cake! Recipe in the schedule. In Home Produce there are now 5 classes for honey as well as a bottle of mead and in the handicrafts section a beeswax product. Also in Handicrafts are more new classes including Olympic themed bunting and some upcycling. There are several classes for the children of all ages and for 13 – 16 year olds, why not have a go at designing an Olympic “t” shirt? Another new class is for budding photographers. A photograph for a “Country File” calendar, size 40cm x 40 cm or 40cm x 50 cm including a mount. To be judged on the quality of the photograph. |
